Delay of Opening - Now Nov 6th?

Deepest apologies - I know I promised that I would be back online and open for business Nov 1, but my internet service is so completely screwed up that I can't physically connect until Monday Nov 6. I hope. We're waiting to see if this next appointment will solve anything.

You cannot imagine the amount of time I've spent on hold this last week trying to straighten out the world's biggest mess. I can just say that AT&T takes the award for worst communication and efficiency of any company ever. My head is about to explode. But the small amounts of internet I've had the past few days are going to be yanked this morning. I can't access orders, print shipping labels or do the basics without it. I'm am so sorry for the inconvenience if you need something. Please hang in there. I'm trying my best.
